Owner & Lead Technician
Craig began his pest control career in mainland Spain in 2019, earning his first certification focused on outdoor phytosanitary treatments.
After relocating to Tenerife, he expanded his qualifications to meet Spanish national standards, completing advanced pest control certifications in both English and Spanish.
His credentials secured the company's ROESB registration, a legal requirement for performing professional biocide pest control services across Spain.
As a native English speaker, Craig continues to develop his Spanish to better serve clients throughout Tenerife.
Rebecca Small
Owner & Operations Manager
Rebecca co-founded AntiPlagas with a strong foundation in business management, overseeing client accounts, planning, and daily administration.
She completed pest control training, enabling her to support the field team and ensure smooth communication with clients. Her leadership has been central to our long-term growth.
Rebecca coordinates the commercial client portfolio, manages compliance documentation, and ensures appointments are handled professionally and promptly.
Like Craig, she is a native English speaker and continues to improve her Spanish to support local and visiting clients across Tenerife.

The Role
- Choosing and applying the most appropriate pest control treatments for homes, bars, restaurants, and complexes
- Working safely with products and equipment in line with all guidelines at all times
- Recording all treatments and work completed using our online management software
- Dealing with clients professionally and answering their questions on site
What We Need
- Level 2 qualification in pest control
- Minimum 1 year's hands-on experience
- Able to work independently and manage your own jobs
- Full, clean driving licence
- High standards — you'll be representing the company at all times
- Honest, reliable, and friendly
